Anything that attacks this Jini walks away hurt. In Roco Kingdom, Lithik starts out as a solitary little lizard that collects stones for its nest, and it grows into Lithcrown, a short-tempered, territorial brute that hurls rocks to defend its domain. Every stage shares a trait that punishes opponents for each hit they land. Here is how the line grows and how to use it.

The evolution line

  1. Lithik (No. 024): It lives alone on mid-mountain slopes and collects small stones to build its nest. The stones on its back are actually hardened secretions from inside its body, and it loves rubbing its back against rock piles to sharpen them.
  2. Lithorn (No. 025): The stones on its back now fuse with its thorns into natural weapons. The stones shed over time and turn pale and brittle once they fall off. A single squeeze is enough to crush them into fine sand.
  3. Lithcrown (No. 026): Short-tempered and highly territorial, it hurls stones to mark and defend its domain. How its body merges with the stones on its back is still a key research topic.

All three stages are Earth class and share the same trait. Each stage also has an Orb-Tailed Variant.

Trait: Thorn Skin

Each time this Jini takes damage, it deals 50 Physical Damage back to the attacker.

That means opponents pay for every hit. The trait does the most work against fast, multi-hit or repeated attackers, and it pairs well with the line’s high Physical Defense, which keeps it on the field to keep punishing them.

Stats at every stage

Here is how Species Aptitude grows from stage to stage:

  1. Lithik, 369 total: HP 69, Physical Attack 61, Magic Attack 60, Physical Defense 72, Magic Defense 50, Speed 57
  2. Lithorn, 492 total: HP 92, Physical Attack 81, Magic Attack 80, Physical Defense 96, Magic Defense 67, Speed 76
  3. Lithcrown, 615 total: HP 115, Physical Attack 101, Magic Attack 100, Physical Defense 120, Magic Defense 84, Speed 95

This line is well balanced on offense, with almost equal Physical and Magic Attack, and its high HP and Physical Defense make it tough against physical attackers. Magic Defense is its weak spot, so magic attackers are the bigger threat.

Size and capture details:

  1. Lithik: 0.49 to 0.7 m, 21 to 34 kg. Gives 16 Starlight and a 1,200 Roco Coin base review reward.
  2. Lithorn: 0.67 to 0.96 m, 59.5 to 70.5 kg. Gives 28 Starlight and a 2,100 Roco Coin base review reward.
  3. Lithcrown: 0.94 to 1.18 m, 78.5 to 98.5 kg. Gives 40 Starlight and a 3,000 Roco Coin base review reward.

Class effectiveness

When attacking with Earth skills:

  1. Deals ×2 damage to: Fire, Ice, Electro and Poison
  2. Deals ×0.5 damage to: Flora and Fighting

When defending as an Earth-class Jini:

  1. Takes ×2 damage from: Flora, Water, Ice, Fighting and Mech
  2. Takes ×0.5 damage from: Common, Fire, Electro, Poison and Wing

All other matchups deal normal ×1 damage. Fire, Electro and Poison Jinies are ideal targets, since this line both hits them hard and resists their attacks. It has five weaknesses, though, so choose its battles carefully.

Research skills and Specialties

Lithcrown’s research skills are:

  3. Affectionate: 5.8%
  4. Nimble: 5.8%
  5. Fleetfoot: 5.8%
  6. Shared Ride: 5.8%
  7. Fearless: 5.8%
  8. Sharer: 0.48%

Where to start

  1. Evolve Lithik all the way to Lithcrown. Its total Species Aptitude climbs from 369 to 615.
  2. Put it in front of physical attackers. Its high Physical Defense and Thorn Skin together make them pay for every hit.
  3. Use either physical or magic attacks, since both stats are nearly equal.
  4. Send it in against Fire, Electro and Poison opponents.
  5. Switch out against Flora, Water, Ice, Fighting and Mech attackers, and watch out for strong magic users.
