BLINK · TRUST & COMMUNITY
User Agreement
Your rights and responsibilities when using Blink, sharing your work and taking part in the community.
Effective and last updated:
1. Using Blink
This agreement covers Blink at goblink.gg and its connected community services, including TiersGO and giveaways. “Blink”, “we” and “us” refer to the Blink operating team. Contact the team through Help & requests, including without an account. Blink is an independent platform, not the publisher of the games discussed unless expressly stated.
Review this agreement, the Community rules and the Privacy Policy before creating an account. You expressly accept the agreement and rules at registration; the Privacy Policy is an explanation of our practices, not blanket consent to optional uses. Features such as giveaways may have additional clearly presented rules. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.
2. Age and account responsibilities
You must be at least 16 to create or use a Blink account and meet any higher local minimum age. If you have not reached the local age of majority, you must have parent or legal guardian permission where required. A giveaway may impose a higher age or other conditions. Do not misrepresent eligibility.
Use an email address you control, choose a secure password and keep credentials private. You are responsible for your own activity and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Do not sell or transfer accounts, impersonate others or evade restrictions. We may seek proportionate verification when handling account access or rights requests.
3. Your content and Blink’s permission to use it
You retain the rights you hold in your contributions. You must have permission or another lawful basis to upload text, artwork, screenshots and other materials, and respect others’ privacy. Uploading game artwork does not give you ownership of it.
You grant Blink non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, resize, format, display and distribute your contributions as needed to operate and present the service. This includes thumbnails, TiersGO boards, community results, share images and promotion of the relevant Blink content. Service providers may process content for these purposes. This does not transfer ownership or grant a general right to sell your work or train unrelated AI models on it.
Other users may view public contributions and use Blink’s sharing and export features. Those features do not grant permission to republish protected material for unrelated uses. We should not imply that you endorse an unrelated product and will seek additional permission for uses outside the scope above.
You can delete supported contributions and your account or request help. Our permission ends when your content is removed from our systems, except for limited retention necessary for security, disputes or legal obligations, and existing lawful copies or shared results that cannot reasonably be recalled. The Privacy Policy explains deletion, backups and retained records.
4. Platform content and acceptable use
Blink’s original articles, design and software, and third-party game names, artwork and trademarks remain subject to their owners’ rights. Linking and uses permitted by law are welcome. Do not commercially redistribute protected material without permission, remove attribution, defeat access controls, interfere with the service, scrape private information or automate manipulation of community features.
Contributions express their authors’ views. News and guides can contain errors or become outdated. External sites, stores, embeds and activation services have their own terms and are outside our control. Paid promotions must be clearly labeled and do not guarantee editorial approval.
5. TiersGO, experience and recognition
A template defines the items everyone ranks. Published items stay fixed so results remain comparable; a new patch or lineup may require a new template. You may rank only items you know. Community results combine participants’ current eligible rankings; an unranked item is not automatically a low vote.
Published rankings are public. Earlier saved versions are available through your account. Updates, hidden or deleted content and removed accounts can change community totals. Results reflect participants’ opinions, not a representative poll of all players or an official game rating.
Experience, levels, creator positions and medals recognize activity under the current system. They are not money, transferable property, guaranteed benefits or verification of expertise. We may correct errors, remove manipulated activity and revise recognition criteria while respecting applicable rights.
6. Giveaways and redemption
Blink giveaways are free to enter and do not require payment to receive a prize. Each campaign must state its organizer or sponsor as applicable, eligible regions and ages, entry period and time zone, entry steps, prize quantities, selection method, and claim and activation deadlines. Read its official rules. If a material detail is missing, request clarification before entering.
A campaign may require a relevant contribution, but must not require a positive review or favorable vote. Meet its conditions and disclose incentives when appropriate. One eligible account entry is allowed per campaign. Multiple accounts, automation and fraudulent entries are prohibited. Eligibility may be checked again when the random draw runs; odds depend on eligible entries and available prizes.
Winners receive redemption information in their account. Claiming on Blink and activating with the game platform are different steps and may have different deadlines. Keep codes private and check region, platform and account restrictions. An email notification is a convenience; consult your account before the deadline.
Unclaimed prizes may expire as described in the campaign rules. Marking a code redeemed is a user report, not automatic confirmation from Steam or another platform. Contact us if a code fails, avoiding full codes in your first message. We will review the issue with the organizer where needed; statutory remedies remain available. Campaign changes or cancellation must be explained and handled fairly under the official rules and applicable law.
7. Moderation, restrictions and appeals
Follow the Community rules. We may restrict content or accounts for violations, fraud, security risks or legal requirements, proportionately to the circumstances. Urgent or serious cases can require immediate action. Where practical, we will explain material decisions and allow appeals through Help & requests. Details may be withheld to protect others or comply with law.
You can stop using Blink and delete your account from your profile. Deletion can remove contributions and ranking history and prevent access to rewards. Check your rewards first. Some security, complaint or giveaway records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy. Contact us if a restriction prevents you from exercising a data right.
8. Availability and responsibilities
We aim to operate Blink with reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free content, permanent storage or every feature’s continued availability. Keep copies of important material. We will give reasonable notice of material service changes where practical, except where urgent safety, security or legal needs require otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not provide additional implied guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose or third-party content. Responsibility for losses is determined by applicable law, including causation and foreseeability. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, deliberate misconduct or protected consumer rights.
9. Complaints and disputes
Use Help & requests for account, content, privacy, copyright or prize issues. Provide context but do not include passwords, full redemption codes or identity documents in the initial form.
For copyright complaints, identify the work and your authority to act, provide exact Blink links, explain the claimed infringement, and confirm accuracy and good faith. We may request additional information required by applicable law. The substance of a claim may be shared with the contributor for a fair response, with care for personal information. Contributors may challenge a removal through the same channel. Statutory remedies remain available.
This agreement does not require private arbitration or waive access to a competent court, consumer authority or data protection regulator. Applicable mandatory law and jurisdiction rules determine your rights and where a dispute can be heard.
10. Updates to this agreement
The effective date identifies this version. We will give appropriate notice of material changes through the site, account interface or another suitable channel, and request renewed agreement where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. If you do not accept a required change, you can stop using the affected service and request help with your data or account.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a rule does not automatically waive it.
