Every Jini on your team keeps its own record of how much it trusts you, and that number does more than sit on a status screen. In Roco Kingdom, raising a Jini’s Trust can keep it standing after a hit that should have knocked it out, make a stubborn partner listen to you more often, and unlock rewards ranging from Prismatic Shards to the Better Together medal. Here is how the system works and where the fastest gains come from.

Five levels, earned through everyday play
Trust is tracked per Jini, not per account, so each partner climbs on its own. To check it, summon the Jini and tap its name button to see its current level and EXP.
Every Jini follows the same five-level curve (total Trust EXP needed):
- Level 1: 150
- Level 2: 500
- Level 3: 1,100
- Level 4: 2,350
- Level 5: 5,850
Most of that EXP comes from things you are already doing:
- Battles: +10 for each win, including PvP, Alpha Combat, Team Battles and Legendary Jini challenges.
- Exploration: +10 for Jini Expeditions, Manaboughs and Treasure Spots; +5 for ore and fruit trees; +1 for each stretch of time spent riding your Jini.
- Home chores: +10 each for feeding, watering, fertilizing and sending the Jini to pick things up.

Head pats are the big one
The single largest source is the head pat, worth +50 EXP per result. To give one:
- Raise the Jini’s Trust high enough to unlock pats, using the activities above.
- Stand next to your Jini and open the Jini Tree.
- Choose Pat Head.
Each pat lands on one of four outcomes:
- Nothing at all
- A small parcel
- Something hidden nearby for you to find
- A chance to rename the Jini
Two more things shorten the climb:
- The Affectionate trait: Jinies with it gain Trust faster, but only about 6.9% of wild Jinies roll it, so check a catch before you invest in it.
- Favored gifts: Hand over items your Jini likes; roughly 40 items count.

What higher Trust gets you
The battle perks are the main reason to keep going:
- Bonded Endurance: A hit that would defeat your Jini can leave it hanging on at 1 HP instead.
- Bonded Crit: Against capturable wild Jinies, a critical hit drops the target to 1 HP rather than knocking it out, which makes catching easier.
- Better obedience: Rebellious Jinies follow orders more reliably as their Trust rises.
The milestone rewards are spread across the curve:
- Level 1: 200 Prismatic Shards, which also count toward a Newcomer Journey Showcase task.
- Level 5: The Better Together medal.
- Dimo at Level 5: A Codex recipe and 50 Research Points on top.
- Max Trust: A blessing from the seasonal Crown for Companionship event, which awards a medal and a rare card.
